We’re always on the lookout for people who would be a good fit for the MegaKC team. We’re a merit shop, and we self-perform 65% of our work at projects throughout the Kansas City metro area. Our employee-owners step up when needed — the ideal applicant has the ability to complete tasks in multiple trades. Construction experience is not necessarily required for applicants to our apprenticeship program, which provides training. What we do require is a good attitude, willingness to learn and desire to contribute.
