Wornall Road, Blue Ridge to 135th Street, Kansas City, MO
This design-build roadway maintenance project involved the full depth removal and replacement of approximately 2000 lineal feet of roadway, storm water drainage improvements, 12" water main extension, traffic signal interconnect extension, and 4' sidewalk. Curbing and sidewalks were added to the roadway, and all intersections were upgraded to meet ADA requirements.

Working with the project designer Walter P. Moore and Associates, Inc., 1,935 linear feet of complete residential street reconstruction was delivered by the design-build process. The project consisted of removing, replacing and widening roadway pavement, constructing new curb and gutters, sidewalks, drainage flumes, storm sewer, waterline, and removing and replacing driveway entrances. Complete public involvement was included in the process with numerous considerations put into the construction process to ease the concerns of the homeowners.
Holmes Road Sidewalk Improvements – Design-Build, Kansas City, MO
The primary purpose of this project is to provide a safe pedestrian access route along the east side of Holmes Road between 89th and 93rd street. Additional improvements are upgrade of existing traffic signals, increased capacity and inlets of storm water drainage, relocation of water mains and protection for existing trees.
